A comparison of scope against price, not a claim of feature parity. Calendly is a mature product with a great deal Nolizi Calendar does not have, and the section further down says what. The difference worth your attention is narrower: which scheduling functions each product puts behind a per-seat charge.
Calendly prices below were read from calendly.com/pricing on 21 September 2026, with its billing toggle in the “Billed yearly” state it opens in. Those are per-seat monthly figures on annual billing; monthly billing costs more.

Nolizi Calendar is free for every scheduling function it ships, at any team size. That is a standing commitment rather than an introductory price, and it is the one promise on this page that only Nolizi can break. Free does not mean without limit: capacity and abuse controls apply and are part of the promise rather than an exception to it, and metered third-party services such as SMS are not included in it.
The collection charges for team use in Nolizi Sign, not here. A Calendar user is never converted into a Calendar bill.
Where an agent can book
An AI agent holding your API key can run the whole booking lifecycle here: discover your event types, read live availability, create a booking, verify it and cancel it. The interfaces it needs — an OpenAPI 3.1 specification, a Markdown guide written for models, and a discovery index — are published without cookies or credentials, so an assistant can read them before you have an account.
The scope is narrow and worth stating plainly: this is owner-authenticated, so an agent acts as the key holder and never on a guest's behalf. Keys carry broad owner permissions and are not scoped per operation. See the agent guide and the API reference.
What Calendly does that Nolizi Calendar does not
If any of these matter to you, Calendly is the better tool and you should stay on it:
- Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo and Pardot integrations, and Salesforce-based routing.
- SSO and SAML, audit logging and domain control on its Enterprise plan, along with an uptime commitment. Nolizi Calendar offers no uptime SLA and holds no compliance certifications.
- Collecting payment at the time of booking, and SMS reminders. Nolizi Calendar does not offer either; metered services need their own cost decision before they are offered at all.
- AI meeting assistance and notetaking, sold as add-ons.
- Mobile applications and a browser extension.
- Years of production operation. Nolizi Calendar is in beta.
Cal.com is also worth your time, particularly if you want to self-host or read the source: it is open source and Nolizi Calendar is not. Its Teams plan was $12/user/month on annual billing when read on 21 September 2026, and it is where its shared availability, round-robin and routing sit.
Who this is actually for
Two or three people who need round-robin or a routing form and do not want a per-seat bill for it. Independent consultants, tutors and agencies who send booking links every week. And anyone who wants their assistant to be able to book, rather than to describe how booking would work.
Moving over
- Create an account and connect the calendar you already use.
- Recreate your busiest event type first. Match its name, length and location.
- Open your public link in a private window and check what a guest sees.
- Change the link where you actually share it — email signature, site, proposal template.
- Keep the Calendly link live until its bookings have run out. Nothing here needs you to switch on a particular day.
There is no import from Calendly; event types are recreated by hand. Existing Calendly bookings stay in Calendly.
